Is the aiming different? It seems like it doesn't have the same accuracy in third person, more like hipfire accuracy. In first person, with ironsights, I can hit someone in the head with ease, with the assault rifle, even with the white dot on their head, at ranges I can hit easily in first person, it doesn't hit.
